Your data
This page covers what the platform stores about you, where the rules for it are written down, and how to have your account removed.
What the platform keeps

Discussion posts, public lessons and public roadmaps you publish can be read by others, including — for discussions and lessons — people who are not signed in.
The policies
If your organization runs its own copy of the platform, its own versions of these pages apply — open them from that site instead.
If you stop using the platform

Pro accounts are never made dormant. Your points, achievements and history are kept in every case. See Plans and limits.
Deleting your account
There is no self-service delete button. Contact an administrator and ask for your account to be removed.
What happens, in order:
- Your labs are stopped and your devices, domains, services and sharing are released.
- Your stored files are deleted.
- Records that other people depend on — such as point transfers between accounts and the audit trail — are kept, but with your name, email and other identifying details removed.
Download anything you want to keep from your labs before you ask. Once your storage is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Downloading your data
A self-service download of your data is coming soon. Until then, ask an administrator if you need a copy.
