How versions work
Selfmade Ninja Labs is updated continuously. New features and fixes reach the platform as they are ready, so you do not need to install or upgrade anything. From time to time a set of changes is marked as a release, such as v0.8-beta. The "beta" means the platform is still growing quickly.
Check your platform's version
Scroll to the bottom of any dashboard page. The version is at the bottom right, after Page Rendered in. It looks like this:
v0.8-beta-6410-gd4cec2238
| Part | Meaning |
|---|---|
v0.8-beta | The latest release your platform includes |
6410 | How many updates it has received since that release |
d4cec2238 | The exact build. Match it with Current build above |
A platform run by your school or company can be on a different build from labs.selfmade.ninja. If your build is older than the one above, a few features on these pages may not be on your platform yet. Ask your platform administrator.
